Grand Grace International was founded by Mr. Fanseay Wang and Mr. Steven Chen in November 2016 in Taipei City, Taiwan. Its Securities Investment Consulting Enterprise (SICE) license was approved by the competent authority, Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) of the Republic of China to provide services in accordance to R.O.C financial regulations. By January 2017, GGI obtained membership to the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Association (SITCA), the de facto industry body in Taiwan.

Mr. Fanseay Fengxi Wang   Chairman & Co-founder

Fanseay has over 20 years of experience in corporate management and capital raising. He owned several investment related entities in Greater China during his career, and his real estate private equity business controls projects in Greater China, North America, Europe and Africa. Fanseay possesses extensive industry experience as well as deep relationship with professional investors and ultra HNW clients. Fanseay holds an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Mr. Steven Zongxi Chen   CEO & Co-founder

Steven is an asset management veteran who has previously held various senior level management positions at some of the first-tier global asset management firms, including KBC Asset Management (Belgium), Société Générale Asset Management (France), T. Rowe Price (U.S) and China Universal Asset Management (China). Steven is well connected in the asset management industry in Greater China and recognized as an expert in international business development, asset management and fund distribution. Steven holds an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Jessica Sun Board of Director / CPA

Jessica is a registered CPA of CGA in Canada with over 15 years of experience in auditing, taxation, financial management, and business consulting.

Chris Wang   Supervisor / Attorney at Law

Chris is a registered attorney with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, intellectual property, and R.O.C regulations. Chris is a senior partner of WH Law Firm and an independent director of China Steel Chemical Company.

Maggie Hung Supervisor / M&A Specialist

Maggie is an experienced finance specialist with over 18 years of experience in investment consulting and M&A transactions with publicly listed companies in Greater China. Maggie serves on the board of directors of China Fineblanking Technology Co, an OTC-listed company in Taiwan.


Mr.C.J.Chen has had a distinguished career in baking and finance. At Sinopac Commercial Bank., a subsidiary of Sinopac Financial Holding, C.J. was the Senior Executive Vice President. He had previously served as Chairman at Sinopac Securities Investment Trust Company, Assistant Vice President of the Capital Market Division at Masterlink Securities, and Executive Director at the Trust Associate of Republic of China.

Golden JiAdvisor

Golden is an insurance expert with over 30 years of executive management experience in the insurance industry. Golden served as the Executive Vice President at China Life Insurance and acted as the Chief Representative of the company in Beijing, China.
